Rayton was founded in 1944, during the second world war, therefore 66 years ago, and being the pioneering company in Brazil, exclusively devoted to the manufacturing of gearings used in mechanical transmission for vehicles.
Rayton keeps the same target of manufacturing high quality products, by means of an up dated process and equipment. Production system is vertlicalized.
By means of its own forgery, a thorough process control system is implemented in order to guarantee the product quality from the very beginning to final process stage. High quality tooling standards , automated heat treatment line process, metrology, chemical and metallographic lab equipped with the most advanced resources are able to track product sanity in any phase of the process.
